The individual is a proven strategic thinker keen on providing incremental system based operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Academic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field: Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering or any other relevant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web Technologies i.e., PHP, JS and Python experience&nbsp; and CPA-K certification an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of (4) year\u2019s relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a Logistics and Finance background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preparing user documentation and performing data migration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a certification in Supply Chain Management (Exam MB-330)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office tools including Visio and MS Project with dominance in the creation and understanding pivot charts and tables and connecting to data source.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SQL Server, SharePoint, EDI, and WMS is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>Requirements gathering and documentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Understand Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central its relation to other internal and external systems and assist in requirement gathering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing requirements following meetings and input from the clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing, categorizing, and preparing all documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting with the preparation of the project status report, project timeline and project budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for identifying risks in the project discovered during any work for the client and reporting them to the project oversight team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Signoffs on related activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>System configuration, analysis, and testing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Analyze existing systems, processes, and infrastructure within the organization and its subsidiaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system design and specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate smooth integration and implementation of system enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>Delivery of End User Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Preparing the training itinerary, materials, and manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivering training to end users as scheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing whitepapers on incremental improvements to the systems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>Customer support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide support to users in the UAT phase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing go live and post-implementation support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide Onsite support at Client\u2019s site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interface with senior management and end users and ensure high customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POSITION OVERVIEW The position is responsible for utilizing specialized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central towards the implementation of projects and integration of systems.
